Abstract

Developing teachers through online teaching training is very necessary in the epidemic of COVID-19. The objectives of this research were 1) to create and find quality of online instructional training package for Islamic teachers. Ban Thepha School, Songkhla Province 2) to develop knowledge in online teaching management 3) to assess skills in online teaching and learning management4) to assess the satisfaction of the participants.the target groups used in the research were 4 Islamic studies teachers selected by a specific method. the tools used in the research were A training package with design thinking techniques to develop knowledge and skills in online teaching management, consisting of training courses training plan training materials and tools for measuring and assessing training, such as a training test on knowledge of online teaching management and skills assessment form the results of the study showed that 1) The training package using Design Thinking Techniques to develop knowledge and skills in online teaching and learning management developed passed the specified average criteria and was appropriate and consistent with all issues. 2) The knowledge test result of online teaching management after training was higher than 80 percent, and 3) the skill of online teaching management after training was at a very good level 4) Islamic teachers had a very good level of satisfaction with the online teaching training package.
