Abstract
Abstract
The objectives of the research on quality of work life factors affecting
organization commitment of employees at Krung Thai Bank Public Company Hat Yai District
Office, Songkhla Province were to study the demographic characteristics, level of quality of work
life factors, level of organization commitment, and the influence of quality of work life on
organization commitment.
The samples were employees of Krung Thai Bank Public Company in Hat Yai
district office, Songkhla province. The instrument was 5-level rating scale questionnaires. The
data were collected from 140 employees, 100% response rate. Data were analyzed by using:
frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regressions. The findings of the study
reveal that:
1) Five quality of work life factors: working environment, working condition
and career growth opportunities, and attitude toward colleagues and the organization were rated at
the high level. Compensation and benefits, and work life balance were rated at the moderate level.
2) Employee rated three factors of organization commitment: willingness to put
full effort toward work for the organization, willingness to continue their organization member
status, and willingness to show trust toward the organizational goals at the moderate level.
