Abstract
The purpose of Factors affecting to the Self-development of civil servants in Pattani provincial administrative organization were study and compare the level of self-development of civil servants in Pattani provincial administrative organization that classified by individual factors. To study the influence of achievement motivation and growth mindset that affect to the Self-development of civil servants in Pattani provincial administrative organization. This research was quantitative research by using questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The sample group were 92 people of civil servants in Pattani provincial administrative organization. The results found that, the level of self-development of civil servants in Pattani provincial administrative organization were highest. The compared personal factors found that, people with different religions had different level of self-development at the statistical significance level of 0.05. Personal factors such as gender, age, status, level of education, average monthly income, working period, and different types of public servant were not different level of self-development. Achievement motivation and growth mindset can explain the variation of self-development of civil servants in Pattani provincial administrative organization at 58.70% with a statistical significance of 0.01.
