Abstract
The study of the career development and perception of justice, which affect the organizational commitment of the employees at the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand aimed to 1) explore the levels of organizational commitment of the employees in the organization, 2) compare the levels of organizational commitment of the employees classified according to personal factors, and 3) investigate the career development and perception of justice, which influence the organizational commitment of the employees at the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand. The samples were 300 operational-level employees at the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand. The statistics tools were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test with one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. The finding revealed that the samples had a very high level of organizational commitment, particularly in terms of affect, social norm, and continuance was the least. Moreover, the samples who are in different statuses, positions, and work experiences reflected different levels of organizational commitment of the employees at the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand as a statistical significance at .05. In addition, the perception of interactional and distributive justice and the career development on the aspect of the career development plan and implementation of the plan have a 46.4% of the influence rate toward the organizational commitment of the employees at the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand.
