Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) investigate validity of the Ordinary National Educational Test results implementation model, (2) study the factors affecting the implementation of Ordinary National Educational Test results, and (3) study guidelines for applying Ordinary National Educational Test results. The sample was 500 people from 50 schools are administrators and teachers at the level of basic education Under the Primary Education Service Area Office and secondary education in the three southern border provinces, received from multistage random sampling. The tools used in the research consisted of questionnaire on the use of Ordinary National Educational Test results in educational institutions, It is characterized as a 5-level estimator. The discrimination power ranges from .538 - .906 and the reliability is .968. Questionnaire on factors affecting the implementation of Ordinary National Educational Test results in educational institutions, It is characterized as a 5-level estimator. The discrimination power ranges from .623 - .850 and the reliability is .983 and an interview form for applying the results of Ordinary National Educational Test to educational institutions. Analyze the data by averaging, standard deviation, causal analysis by using a LISREL program and content analysis. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1) The validity of the Ordinary National Educational Test results implementation model found that the model for the implementation of basic national educational test results is structurally consistent or consistent with the empirical data. and in accordance with the research conceptual framework by considering the statistical values used to check the validity of the model as follows246.65,43,.32,1.00dfpCFA==== ,.99,.97,1.00.015RIMSEAGFAGFINFI==== and 2/1.08df= 2) Factors affecting the application of Ordinary National Educational Test results to improve the quality of education found that the causal factor model had 21% predictive power. When considering the magnitude of the influence of the variables in the model, it was found that variables for the context of educational institution ().36= variable characteristic of personnel in educational institution ().05= and test characteristic variables ().02= 3) Practice guidelines for applying the results of Ordinary National Educational Test in educational institution under the Office of Primary and Secondary Education Service Areas in the three southern border provinces found that Educational institution use the results of Ordinary National Educational Test as follows: 3.1) Discuss opinions on the implementation of Ordinary National Educational Test results in schools. 3.2) Meeting to plan for the development of educational institution according to standards and indicators with the assignment of responsibilities as appropriate. 3.3) Analyze standards and indicators that need to be developed. or to have projects/activities that are clearly consistent. 3.4) Improve the teaching and learning management structure to be consistent with the indicators. including systematically supervising, monitoring, auditing and evaluating the performance.
