Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the decision to purchase BAAC digital lotteries via BAAC mobile application. The study was quantitative research using an online questionnaire to collect data. The sample were 385 customers of BAAC digital lotteries who were 15 years old and above. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistical analysis as multiple linear regression equations. The findings indicated that technology acceptance, reliability and overall are at a high level. For technology acceptance and reliability have an influence on decision to buy digital lottery tickets from BAAC. The organizations should focus on the security of personal data that transact via applications.
