Abstract

This study aims to study personal factors, Motivation factors and supporting factors that affects the happiness in work. The sample consisted of 141 employees from Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. The collecting data methods were questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentages, means and standard deviations, t-values, F-values, and Pearson's correlation statistics. The results show that the most of sample are female age between 31-40 years old with a marital status. Education at the master's and bachelor's degree level, work positions are Sales Representative, having income from 20,001 to 30,000 baht per months and working experiences are 1-10 years. The motivation factors effect to overall work happiness value in high level, ranging from to the respectful from colleges, responsibility in the job, progress in work, and characteristic of work. At the moderate level Supportive factors in work. Is high Policy and Administration, Relationships with chiefs, subordinates, colleagues, supervisors, job security, personal life and payment and benefits in order. Employees' happiness in the overall 4 aspects is high, from the highest is the satisfaction in life, Negative emotions, Positive emotions and job satisfaction. Different personal factors Life satisfaction, job satisfaction, positive emotions and negative emotions influent happiness in working of the employees’ not different exit Level of education was statistically significant. The motivations and supporting factors of the overall workforce are highly correlated. In the same direction, the happiness in all 4 aspects of work is statistically significant.
