Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of efficiency in working; 2) to comparatively study the efficiency of working factors between each personal factor; 3) to study the working factors affecting the working efficiency; and 4) to study motivation affecting the working efficiency of employees working at Choeng Thale Sub District Administration Organization area, Thalang District, Phuket Province. The study was done by surveying questionnaires to 153 persons. Thereafter, the data was analyzed using statistical frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test testing, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe's method, and multiple linear regression.
The study showed that 1) the working efficiency level on quality, quickness, and success were high; 2) the comparative study of the efficiency of working factors between each personal factor showed that the differences in position and average monthly salary had working efficiency differential with significant statistic level of 0.05; 3) the analysis on working factors affecting the working efficiency showed that the career development and relationship with supervisors and colleagues affected the working efficiency with significant statistic level of 0.05. The adaptation to novation and technology was the only factor that had a negative effect on working efficiency; 4) the analysis on the motivation affecting the working efficiency showed that career stability, salary, and overtime payment affected working efficiency with a significant statistic level of 0.05.
