การศึกษาความพึงพอใจข้าราชการทหารที่มีต่อสวัสดิการ ของมณฑลทหารบกที่ 42 ค่ายเสนาณรงค์

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to 1) observe the satisfactory level of the officers toward welfare in the 42nd Military Circle Fort Senanarong. And 2) compare the level of satisfaction among the officers between the officers who are currently on duty at the three southernmost provinces and officers who are working at the Fort Senanarong on welfare matters of the fort. The samples were 224 officers from the 42nd military circle and 1st infantry battalion, 5th infantry regiment. For the analysis, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test were applied. The result reported overall, the samples had reflected a high level of satisfaction toward the welfare of the 42nd military circle, fort Senanarong. In-depth, the research also revealed that the levels of the satisfactions were highly satisfied on all aspects namely retirement pension, housing welfare, health care, uniform, force and family, and cremation support welfare, respectively. On the other hand, the those who work in the different divisions had reflected a significant differences on the cremation support welfare as a statistically significant level as .05. The 1st infantry battalion, the 5th infantry regimes had shown a higher satisfactory level on the aspect of cremation support welfare.
