| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของ บุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยภายในที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา 4) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแรงจูงใจในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 259 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถามแล้วนำข้อมูล ที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฎิบัติงานของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านปริมาณงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านคุณภาพของงาน และด้านเวลา ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า บุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา ที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ประเภทบุคลากร ระยะเวลาการทำงาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน แตกต่างกัน มีระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ปัจจัยภายในองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.001 ได้แก่ ด้านโครงสร้าง ด้านรูปแบบการบริหาร และด้านความสามารถ และสุดท้าย พบว่า ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฎิบัติงานของบุคลากร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 ได้แก่ ด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบใน การทำงาน และด้านความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract-th | The objectives of the study on Factors Affecting Work of Employees in Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization were 1) to study the performance level of personnel of Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization 2) to compare the Provincial performance of Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization Personnel of Songkhla Administrative Organization Classified by personal factors 3) to study internal factors affecting the performance of personnel of Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization 4) to study the motivation factors for work that affect the performance of personnel of the Provincial Administrative Organization Songkhla Province By collecting data from a sample of 259 people using a questionnaire and then using the data. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics consisting of frequency distribution, percentage, mean and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Performance level of personnel in Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization at a high level by the amount of work with the highest average, followed by quality of work and time. The comparison of the performance of personnel in Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization Classified by personal factors, it was found that Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization personnel who had sex, age, educational level, type of work, working period and monthly income are different. There is a performance level differed not statistically. Internal factors affecting the performance of personnel statistically significant at the 0.001 level, including the structural aspect management style and in terms of ability and finally found that the motivation factor in working that affects the performance of personnel with statistical significance at the 0.001 level, the aspect of being respected Responsibility at work and career advancement. | en_US |
