Abstract
Information technology plays an important role in the development and improvement of the organizational work processes to be more efficient. Currently, the document division (Saraban) of Narathiwat Technical College, Narathiwat Rajanagarindra University is facing problems due to inefficiency of document working process. This has resulted the delay, wasting of resources and manpower. In response to the problem mentioned above, the researchers applied G Suite for Education to develop an online document system. Additionally, the system was complemented a notification function for correspondence news with LINE Notification API service. Besides, the lean management approach was practiced to improve and evaluate the process efficiency. The evaluation results showed the efficiency of registration process for receiving document was increased by 0.28%, the registration of sending document was increased 48%, and the document retrieval process was increased to 31.61%. The operating time was reduced by 2,259 minutes. The efficiency of the entire system increased 26.04%. The satisfaction of the users of the system was satisfied at 4.41 which was very satisfied.
