Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to examine the components of school administration based on Agile Management principles in schools under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample consisted of 428 participants, including school administrators, deputy administrators, and government teachers within the area. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, which showed a high level of reliability (Cronbach�s alpha = .950). Data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA).The results revealed that school administration under the Agile Management framework comprised four key components with a total of 17 variables. Component 1 Stakeholder Participation in Work Development (6 variables), with factor loadings ranging from .785 to .513 and an eigenvalue of 4.305. Component 2 Skill Development through Practical Experience (4 variables), with factor loadings between .655 and .547 and an eigenvalue of 2.409.Component 3 Proactive Work and Responsiveness to Change (4 variables), with factor loadings ranging from .662 to .516 and an eigenvalue of 2.369.Component 4 Setting Shared Goals and Strengthening Team Collaboration (3 variables), with factor loadings between .728 and .528 and an eigenvalue of 1.822.
