ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพการดำเนินงานและความพึงพอใจของครูในศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ที่ได้รับเหรียญทองในจังหวัดสงขลา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด(ตาดีกา) ที่ได้รับเหรียญทองในจังหวัดสงขลา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ที่ได้รับเหรียญทองในจังหวัดสงขลา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพดำเนินงานของศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด(ตาดีกา) กับความพึงพอใจของครู 4) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของสภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจของครู 5) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา และแนวทางในการแก้ไข เกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) เป็นครูผู้สอนในศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ในจังหวัดสงขลา ที่บริหารศูนย์ฯ ประสบความสำเร็จได้รับรางวัลเหรียญทอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนศูนย์ฯละ 2 คน จาก 60 ศูนย์ฯ รวมครูผู้สอนศูนย์ฯ ทั้งหมด 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานและแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด(ตาดีกา) ที่ได้รับเหรียญทองในจังหวัดสงขลา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 7 คน เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางในการแก้ไขการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ที่ได้รับเหรียญทองในจังหวัดสงขลา ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ชุมชน พบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความพึงพอใจของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ที่ได้รับเหรียญทองในจังหวัดสงขลา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพดำเนินงานศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) กับความพึงพอใจของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณของสภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของครู พบว่า การดำเนินงานด้านบุคลากร และด้านความสัมพันธ์ชุมชนเท่านั้น ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของครู ส่วนการดำเนินงานด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านวิชาการ และด้านงบประมาณ พบว่าไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของครู 5. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางในการแก้ไขเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ในด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่า อาคารสถานที่มีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอสำหรับนักเรียน การจัดห้องเรียนไม่เป็นสัดส่วน และตัวอาคารเก่ามีความเสี่ยงต่อความปลอดภัยของนักเรียน ด้านบุคลากร พบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีวุฒิครูและวุฒิการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี มีการสับเปลี่ยนครูบ่อยทำให้การจัดการเรียนการสอนไม่ต่อเนื่อง ด้านวิชาการ พบว่า ขาดแคลนสื่อการเรียนการสอน ครูขาดความเข้าใจในหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านงบประมาณ พบว่า งบประมาณที่ได้รับไม่เพียงพอสำหรับใช้ในการบริหารของศูนย์ฯ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ชุมชน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองบางท่านไม่ค่อยให้ความร่วมมือกับศูนย์ฯ เท่าที่ควรและไม่ค่อยให้ความสำคัญต่อการศึกษาของบุตรหลาน ส่วนแนวทางในการแก้ไขในด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่า ศูนย์ควรให้มีการจัดงานเลี้ยงเพื่อระดมงบสนับสนุนจากชุมชนและหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อนำงบประมาณไปซ่อมแซมหรือสร้างอาคารใหม่ ด้านบุคลากร พบว่า ศูนย์ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการจัดอบรมครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านวิชาการ พบว่า ศูนย์ฯ ควรจัดทำและใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนให้มีเกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ด้านงบประมาณ พบว่า ศูนย์ฯ ควรหางบประมาณเพิ่มจากหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน และด้านชุมชน พบว่า ศูนย์ฯ ควรจัดกิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนเพื่อให้ชุมชนเกิดความเข้าใจและตระหนักในความสำคัญของการมีส่วนร่วมกับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่จัดโดยศูนย์ฯ The purposes of this research were to 1) study states of work operating in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) in Songkhla province, 2) study teachers’ satisfaction in medal gold award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) in Songkhla province, 3) study the relationships between states of work operation in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) and teachers’ satisfaction, 4) study the impact of work operation in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) on teachers’ satisfaction, 5) study state of problems and guides to problems solving in relation to work operation in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika). Two teachers from each of 60 gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) in Songkhla province were randomly selected to be a sample of the study and thus making a total number of 120 teachers. The instruments used to collect data comprised a questionnaire on states of work operation in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) in Songkhla province and a questionnaire on teachers’ satisfaction. Statistical analysis used in this study includes percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and regression coefficient. In addition, interview was conducted on 7 interviewees to collect data on state of problems and guides to problem solving in relation to work operation in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika).

The research findings as below: 1. Overall level of states of work operation in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) in Songkhla province in aspect of building and environment, personnel, academic, budgeting and community relations was high. 2. Overall level of teachers’ satisfaction in work performance in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) in Songkhla province was high. 3. Overall level of relationships between states of work operation in gold medal award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) and teachers’ satisfaction was positively high with statistical significance at 0.1 4. The results of multiple regression analysis on the effect of work operation of award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) on teacher’ satisfaction showed that work operation in aspect of personnel and community only have statistically significant influence on teachers’ satisfaction. While, work operation in aspect of building and environment, academic and budgeting have insignificant influence on teachers’ satisfaction. 5. The results of study on state of problems and guides to problem solving in relation to work operation of award Mosques based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) showed that problems related to work operation in aspect of building and environment were as follows; the quantity of building is not sufficient for students, the classrooms are not properly arranged and the building is old which can cause danger to students. In aspect of personnel, the majority of teachers have no teaching profession certificate and their level of education was lower than bachelor degree, and the rearrangement of teachers has continuously been made affected by teachers’ leaving the center for other job and hence, new recruitment of teachers has to be made and this cause discontinuity in teaching-learning activities that were being conducted. In aspect of academic, there is a lack of teaching-learning media and teachers’ lack of understanding of school curriculum. In aspect of budget, the budget received was not enough to be used for administration of the centre. In aspect of community, the results showed that some of students’ guardians are not serious in participating with the activities conducted by the centre and they were not giving serious concern with education of their children. With regard to guides to problem solving in aspect of building and environment, the results showed that the centre should organize party to collect budget from community and other organizations in order to have budget allocation for renovation and new building construction. In aspect of personnel, the centre should promote organizing teacher training with continuity. In aspect of academic, the centre should create and use teaching-learning media with effective and efficient manner. In aspect of budget, the centre should seek a budget from both government and private sectors. In aspect of community, the center should organize relationship building activity or recreation activity to help create their understanding and aware of the importance of participating in school activities.
