Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) to develop indicators of the 12 nation core values of grade 4 students. 2) to develop and check the quality of a model for assessing of the 12 national core values of grade 4 students based on Authentic Assessment. 3) to try out and evaluate a model for assessing of the 12 national core values of grade 4 students based on Authentic tic Assessment. The samples were divided into 4 groups. Specialists are evaluation of indicator. To check the quality of the evaluation language course of model. 8 teachers who teach That find: quality assessment after using the model. Collectionpiade 4 for try out model And form. Statistical analyses were a based on Authentic assessment consistency index and a made based on descriptive statistic average, percentage, the reliability to find the value of consistency index between evaluators. Research indicated the following results: 1) Indicators of the 12 nation core values of grade 4 students which consist of 3 type 1.1) Be honest, dedicated, patient which consist of 3 indicators 1.2) Study hard, always which consist of 3 indicators 1.3) Set the body strong and the mind which consist of 4 indicators 2) A model for assessing the 12 national core values of grade 4 students based on authentic assessment which consist of 5 type 2.1) The goal of learning analyzing standards and indicators in Thai Course. Determine the purpose of assessment in accordance with the standards and indicators in the curriculum which include the elements of value to evaluate. 2.2) Task-based learning on authentic assessment to encourage learners learn about the 12 National Core Values. 2.3) Determine the activities for Learning management on authentic assessment 2.4) Determine Techniques and tools for assessment Learning management on authentic assessment were an observation form, an interview form, a data recorded form, portfolio and a score recorded form and a behavior recorded form. 2.5) Determine evaluation Criteria and check the quality results of a Model for Assessing found in terms of usefulness. Possibility of applying and the appropriate at the highest level and Comprehensive coverage at high level. 3) The result of a model for assessing of the 12 national core values of grade 4 students based on Authentic Assessment. The statistical analysis showed further that, The teachers who teach Thai language course had the same opinion. This research is a beneficial for learners. It is possible and appropriate to apply and develop indicators of the 12 nation core values of the students along with the development of Cognitive Domain, Psychomotor Domain And it can be seen that a model for assessing of the 12 national core values of grade 4 students based on Authentic to apply in school
