| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of gibberellic acid (GA3) concomitant with 16-16-16 fertilizer on growth and gibberellins of grafted and seedling mangosteen. Treatment was weekly spray with GA3 at 1,000 mlL1 with 16-16-16 fertilizer at 6 gram per pot for six months. It was found that the GA, treatments significantly accelerated growth of young mangosteen and resulted in the increase of plant height when compared to the untreated controls. Treatments of GA3 + fertilizer promoted shoot branching of grafted tree more than seedling mangosteen. All treatments had no effect on internode and leaf number and leaf size. However, the levels of gibberellins-like substances were not associated with the increase of tree height. Expression of GA20-oxidase was relatd to the increase height of mangosteen seedling treated by GA3+ fertilizer. In conclusion, application of GA, and fertilizer may be an approach to early terminate juvenile period in mangosteen seedling. | - |
| dc.description.abstract-th | การทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของกรดจิบเบอเรลลิค (GA3) และปุ๋ยสูตร 16-16-16 ต่อการเจริญเติบโตของต้นกล้าและจิบเบอเรลลินในต้นกล้ามังคุดเสียบยอดและเพาะเมล็ด ผลการทดลองพบว่า การให้ทรีทเมนต์ GA, สามารถเร่งการเจริญเติบโตของต้นกล้ามังคุดได้โดยไปมี ผลต่อการเพิ่มความสูงของต้นกล้ามังคุดเพาะเมล็ดเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับชุดควบคุมและมีผลทําให้ เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางลําต้นและจํานวนฉัตรของมังคุดเสียบยอดมากกว่ามังคุดเพาะเมล็ด แต่ทรีทเมนต์ไม่มี ผลต่อลักษณะจํานวนปล้อง จํานวนใบ และขนาดใบ อย่างไรก็ตาม ผลของการให้ทรีทเมนต์ไม่ สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงปริมาณสารคล้ายจิบเบอเรลลิน และการแสดงออกของยีน GA20 oxidase มีความสัมพันธ์กับเปอร์เซ็นต์ความสูงที่เพิ่มขึ้นของมังคุดเพาะเมล็ดที่ได้รับทรีทเมนต์ GA ร่วมกับปุ๋ยสูตร 16-16-16 ดังนั้นการใช้กรดจิบเบอเรลลิคร่วมกับปุ๋ย 16-16-16 จึงน่าจะเป็นแนวทาง หนึ่งในการเร่งการเจริญเติบโตของต้นกล้ามังคุดให้พ้นจากระยะเยาวภาพได้เร็วขึ้น | - |
