Abstract

This research aimed to examine 1) the level of inclusive leadership among school administrators, 2) the level of teachers� innovation in learning management, and 3) the relationship between the inclusive leadership of school administrators and teachers� innovation in learning management in the Disruptive era. The sample consisted of school administrators and academic department heads from 124 schools under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office II. A total of 212 completed questionnaires were returned, accounting for 85.48% of the total distributed. The research instruments included 5-point Likert scale questionnaires on inclusive leadership among school administrators, with a reliability coefficient of .941, and on teachers' innovation in learning management, with a reliability coefficient of .846. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis.The research findings revealed that 1) the overall level of inclusive leadership among school administrators in the Disruptive era under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office II was high, both overall and in each aspect; 2) the level of teachers� innovation in learning management in the Disruptive era under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office II was also high, both overall and in each aspec; 3) the inclusive leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with teachers� innovation in learning management in the Disruptive era at a relatively high level (r = .721) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
