Abstract
Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) develop the massive open
online course integrating with Podcasts on nursing care patients with arrhythmia and
electrocardiogram Intervention to Promote Knowledge Construction of Nursing
Students, 2) compare the knowledge construction of nursing students before and after
studying with MOOC integrating with podcasts ,3 ) compare the learning achievement
of nursing students before and after studying with the MOOC integrating with podcasts,
4) study the students’ satisfaction with the MOOC integrating with podcasts. The
research instruments consisted of 1) a massive open online course integrating with
podcasts on nursing care patients with arrhythmia and electrocardiogram Intervention,
2) the knowledge construction inventory, 3) the nursing students’ satisfaction with the
MOOC scale.
The findings revealed that: 1) the massive open online course integrating
with podcasts on nursing care patients with arrhythmia and electrocardiogram
Intervention was the most appropriate level (𝑥̅̅= 4.55, S.D.= 0.48), 2.) 74undergraduate
nursing students for the nursing students’ knowledge construction was significantly
higher in in the posttest than in the pretest at .01 level 3.) 208 undergraduate nursing
students here significantly higher learning achievement of the nursing students in the
posttest than in the pretest at .01 level, and 4) 133 undergraduate nursing students
studying the students’ satisfaction with the MOOC integrating with podcasts. Was ranked
at a high level (𝑥̅ = 4.17, S.D. = 0.83).
