Abstract

The objectives of the research were to study the levels of organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province and to examine the factors affecting effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province. The research was a quantitative research. The sample of this study were 240 groups of the Registered Community Enterprise of product production in Phatthalung Province. The study employed a 5-Point Likert Scales questionnaire as an instrument to measure. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics with frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation as well as inferential statistics with multiple regression by using the enter method. The results of the study revealed that the overall organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province was at the highest level. The transformational leadership factor affected the overall organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province with statistical significance at .001 level, which inspirational motivation affected the overall organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province with statistical significance at .05 level; intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration affected the overall organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province with statistical significance at .01 level; and the market capability factor affected the overall organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province with statistical significance at .001 level, which product development capability, pricing capability, and distribution capability affected the overall organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province with statistical significance at .001 level; while communication capability affected the overall organizational effectiveness of the Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province with statistical significance at .01 level.
