Abstract
Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study the perceived level of personnel's
opinions on the Personnel Administration of Islamic Private School Administrators in Narathiwat Province 2) to compare personnel's opinions on the Personnel Administration of Islamic Private School Administrators in Narathiwat Province by educational level, experience and school's size 3) to study the suggestions for Personnet Administration of Islamic Private School Administrators in Narathiwat Province. Data were collected using questionnaires from the sample of 360 persons which are the teachers who were teaching in Islamic private schools under Narathiwat Provincial Education Office devide to 23 Head of Human resources and 337 teachers. And data were analyzed by calculating the value of the mean, standard deviation, and F-test.
The results of this study as follows:
1) The level of teachers' opinions on school administration by using the personnel administration of Islamic private school administrators in Narathiwat province both in overall and on each aspect was at a "medium" level with the exception of the recruitment selection and appointment and the enhancing efficiency which were "high".
2) The results of the comparison of personnel's opinion on the the personnel administration of Islamic private school administrators in Narathiwat province revealed that level of education, experience and school's size have no effect on personnel 's opinions significantly.
3) Pertaining to guidelines for Islamic private school administrators in Narathiwat province to develop the personnel administration, it is imperative that they keep school personnel retained through the promotion based on their fit to qualifications, job performance and working experiences. In addition, improvement of personnel efficiency at work by dint of assigning job relevant to their ability, interest, and aptitude is advisable.
