Abstract

This study aimed at investigating (1) The level of academic leadership of school administrators (2) The level of teamwork of teachers (3) The relationship between academic leadership and teamwork of teachers (4) Find the predictors for academic leadership of school administrators affecting teamwork of teachers in schools under Suratthani primary educational service area office 3. The research sample consisted of 111 schools under the jurisdiction of the office of Suratthani primary educational service area 3, selected through stratified sampling based on proportional allocation, followed by simple random sampling. The research instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a statistical software package, employing mean, standard deviation, Pearson�s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.The results were as follow: (1) The level of instructional leadership among school administrators was at the highest level overall. (2) The level of teacher teamwork was also at the highest level overall.
