Abstract

The objectives of study are to investigate the cost control model of construction contractors in Hatyai District at Songkhla Province, and to test factors influencing level of cost control of construction contractors. Samples of this study are construction contractors in Hatyai District at Songkhla Province as 255 firms. Questionnaire are used to collect the data. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression are used to analyze the data. As the results, the study finds size of business and experience of business influencing cost control of construction contractors. However, there is no relationship between business type, work type and cost control of construction contractors.
