Abstract

This research aimed to study the management approach for implementing the Ministry of Education Program (MEP) curriculum in English. The research utilized a qualitative research design. Key informants included the school principal, vice principal for academic affairs, head of the academic department, MEP project leader, homeroom teachers, and subject teachers, totaling six individuals. Data were collected through interviews and qualitatively analyzed using inductive content analysis.The key findings of the research are as follows:1.The school's operational policy involves conducting site visits and holding discussions with parents to jointly establish the project's operations.2.The project successfully selects high-quality teachers through the MEP school network, but budget constraints set by the Ministry of Education limit the ability to meet the salary demands of foreign teachers.3.The academic administration of the project is highly efficient, with administrators placing importance on and having a vision aligned with the development of academic work, resulting in improved English proficiency among students.4.The school grants the MEP project autonomy in budget management, allowing for independent decision-making in organizing quality instructional activities within the budget framework.5.The school reduces the workload of teachers by assigning administrative duties to administrative staff, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the project management.
