Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the level of perceptions
of Thai MICE visitors in Songkhla Province towards supporting Thai venues undertaking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities by examining 1. the demographic information of Thai MICE visitors in Songkhla 2. the level of Thai MICE visitors' perceptions towards corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities 3. to compare the demorgraphic differences 4. which CSR activities has influenced Thai MICE visitors in Songkhla to support the venue undertaking CSR activities. Overall, 400 valid responses of self-administered questionnaires were received for the survey study. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The research showed that the majority of Thai MICE visitors in Songkhla were females, age between 26 to 30 years old, lived in Songkhla, obtained bachelor's degree, worked as a government officer, and had income more than 30,001 Baht per month. Most of the respondants awared of saying no to plastic bags campaign at the venues Thailand. In addition, the majority of the respondents favoured CSR activities regarding good coporate govenance in term of business transparency. In addition, there was no demorgraphic difference among population. Lastly, the most influential factor affecting Thai MICE visitors support to venue were Community and Society Development and Conducting Business with Fairness had a positive influence on MICE Visitor Support to Venue.
