Abstract

The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the level of energy management and performance measurement by Balanced Scorecard (BSC) of Industry in Southern Thailand, and to test the relationship between energy management and firm performance measured by BSC. A sample of 400 firms was selected from industry in Southern Thailand by using simple random sampling. The instrument tool used was in this study mail questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. As the results, the level of energy management and firm performance measured by BSC was high level. Moreover, there was a positively significant relationship between energy management procedure in terms Evaluation of Energy Conservation Potential, Identification of Energy Conservation Goals, Plans, Training Plans and Energy Conservation Promotion Activities and Review, Analysis, and Correction of Defects on Energy Management and firm performance measured by BSC.
