Abstract
This is a quasi-experimental research. The research aims to compare the positive thinking
of junior high school students before using the positive psychology activity and after using the
activity for 6 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. The sample group are 42 Mattayom 2 students
studying at Ban Sala Mai School. The research instrument is a series of positive psychology
activities to promote positive thinking and the positive thinking test with a reliability of 0.94. The
activity was conducted for 12 weeks, 1 hour per week, for a total duration of 12 hours. The statistics
used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of the research revealed that junior high school students who participated in the
positive psychology activity package had positive thoughts in the experimental and posttest periods
than before the experiment with a statistical significance of .01 and found that students who
attended Participating in the use of the activity packs gained the most confidence-positive thoughts.
