Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the factors level of teachers, students, lesson contents, and networking and information technology as well as the effectiveness of learning and teaching management in the COVID-19 epidemic situation, 2) compare the effectiveness of learning and teaching management of teachers based on individual factors, and 3) explore the factors affecting the effectiveness of learning and teaching management. An online questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting data. The participants consisted of 304 teachers who work under the Office of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area 2 in the academic year 2021. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results were as follows: 1) the factors level of teachers, lesson contents, and students from learning and teaching management in the COVID-19 epidemic situation were at a moderate level while the networking and information technology factors were at a low level. As for the effectiveness of teaching and learning management, it was at a low level that students had a low academic achievement and had moderately desirable characteristics, 2) teachers with different gender, age, education, teaching experience, and academic standing showed no significant differences in the effectiveness of teaching and learning management, and 3) the factors of lesson contents (ß = 0.54), networking and information technology (ß = 0.26), teachers (ß = 0.21), and students (ß = 0.15) significantly influence the effectiveness of teaching and learning management in order of importance from most to least.
