Abstract

Abstract

This research is aimed at 1) to study the factors of corporate social responsibility activities operation and satisfaction of Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Trang Branch and 2) to study the result of the factors corporate social responsibility activities operation with satisfaction of communities to Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Trang Branch. The sample group consisted of 337 people living around the company in 5 communities. By analyzing the factors of social responsibility activities have effected to satisfaction of communities and using statistics, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research revealed that the overall of satisfaction of communities. Satisfaction of communities regarding environmental protection. Satisfaction of communities and social development was at a high level Satisfaction of educational promotion was at a high. Satisfaction of income promotion and occupation was at a high level and satisfaction in public donation was at a high level. The results of hypothesis found that 1) Operational factors, social responsibility in terms of environmental management have the greatest effect on the satisfaction of the communities. Satisfaction of the communities in environmental protection and its impact on the communities. Satisfaction of the communities in communities and social development. And the satisfaction of the communities in promoting education 2) Social responsibility activities in CSR activities with communities have the greatest effect on income and career promotion satisfaction and satisfaction in donating for the public benefit 3) Corporate policy and image had the greatest effect on community acceptance satisfaction.
