| dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this study were to investigate quality of life of the elderly in Trobon Municipality, Saiburi District, Pattani Province before and during the Covid-19 epidemic, to compare the elderly’s quality of life with personal factors, to investigate enabling factors and reinforcing factors affecting on the elderly’s quality of life, and to propose the suggestion for improving the elderly’s quality of life. This research was mixed methods research. The research instrument was questionnaires. The sampling group consisted of 295 subjects who were living in Trobon Sub-district Municipality, Saiburi District, Pattani Province, and registered in the old age allowance at Trobon Sub-district Municipality. Statistical tools were comprised of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, T-test, One Way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The qualitative research used a structured in-depth interview to collect data from 10 subjects. The qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. It was found that the quality of life of the elderly residing in Trobon Sub-district Municipality, Saiburi, Pattani before the Covid-19 epidemic was at a high level. The environmental aspect had the highest average which was at the highest level. While the epidemic of the Covid-19 was taking place, the elderly’s quality of life was also at a high level. The social aspect had the highest level which was at a high level. The comparison of the elderly’s quality of life with personal factors revealed that those who were different in employment and living conditions had different levels of quality of life with a statistical significance level of .05. Moreover, enabling factors regarding health care and accessibility of health service had an effect on the elderly’s quality of life at a statistical significance level of .05. Reinforcing factor regarding government support had an effect on the elderly’s quality of life at a statistical significance level of .05 and a reinforcing factor regarding the family support had an effect on the elderly’s quality of life at a statistical significance level of .01. Concerning the qualitative research results, it was found that the elderly proposed suggestions for improving the elderly’s quality of life by conducting activities, namely occupational promotion activities, health promotion activities, and social and mental promotion activities. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract-th | การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเตราะบอน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี ก่อนและระหว่างเกิดสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 2019 2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยเอื้อและปัจจัยเสริม ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ และ 4) นำเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยชิงปริมาณเป็นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเตราะบอน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี และได้ขึ้นทะเบียนรับเงินเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุของเทศบาลตำบลเตราะบอน จำนวน 295 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบไปด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 10 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจัดทำโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเตราะบอน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี ในช่วงก่อนการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 2019 อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ในช่วงเวลาที่มีการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 2019 พบว่า ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุมียังคงอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านสังคมมีค่าเฉลี่ยคุณภาพชีวิตสูงที่สุด ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก จากผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะการมีงานทำ และสภาพการอยู่อาศัยที่แตกต่างกัน จะมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ปัจจัยเอื้อด้านสถานบริการผู้สูงอายุและการเข้าถึงบริการด้านสุขภาพ ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยเสริมด้านการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และปัจจัยเสริมด้านการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จากผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมส่งเสริมอาชีพ กิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมทางด้านสังคมและจิตใจ | en_US |
