Abstract
The research used a mix of methodologies on “Employees Retention in Private Organizations during Covid-19 Pandemic Era Without Layoff : A Case Study of Seafood Processing Factory Group Songkhla Province” The purpose of this study 1) How that put the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) guiding ideas into practice 2) to study how organizational product management and human resource management influence employee retention in private companies without deciding on a way to let people go. The sample group consisted of 200 executives, managers, deputy managers, and supervisors from seafood processing factories in Songkhla Province together with 10 labor academics and 2 social security academics. Surveys and questionnaires were used as the data collection methods interview. Descriptive data analysis using standard deviation percentage and means and inferential analysis by Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level.
The study result revealed that 1) Target 8 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) "Decent employment and economic growth" should be used to retain employees as much as feasible. 2) Work performance is one of the human resource management principles and concepts that encourages employees to stay with the organization as long as feasible is a study of how organizational merchandise management and human resource management techniques impact how long people stay in private firms. without selecting the four-sided method of disengagement incorporating welfare management, compensation, and labor relations Planning your human resources and evaluating your employees' performance across all seven areas. If there is an epidemic of other diseases, private organizations, and associated individuals, this research will be helpful. It can be used to retain workers in the company instead of opting to let them go efficiently.
