Abstract

The research objective was to 1) Study the level and extent of corporate social responsibility (CSR) compliance among manufacturing industries in southern Thailand. 2) Study corporate social responsibility (CSR) compliance that influences the balanced performance (BSC) of manufacturing industries in southern Thailand. This research was quantitative. The sample consisted of business owners or employees in the manufacturing industry in southern Thailand, 400 people. The researcher collected data by questionnaire. Analyze data from frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and enter multiple linear regression.The research found: 1) The level of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) among manufacturing industries in southern Thailand was high level. 2) The balanced performance (BSC)among manufacturing industries in southern Thailand was high level. 3) Social responsibility consists of good governance and conducting business with fairness had a positive influence on the balanced performance (BSC) of manufacturing industries in southern Thailand.
