Abstract

This research aimed: 1) study the perceived level of administration of student affairs of Islamic private schools in Narathiwat Province. 2) to compare personnel's opinions on the administration of student affairs of Islamic Private School Administrators in Narathiwat Province by sex, educational level and school's size 2) : to study the suggestions for administration of student affairs of Islamic private schools in Narathiwat Provincial Education Office. Data were collected using questionnaires from the sample of 360 persons which are the teachers who were teaching in Islamic private schools under Narathiwat Provincial Education Office devide to 23 Head of Administrators and 337 teachers. And data were analyzed by calculating the value of the mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results of this study as follows: 1) The level of personnel's opinions on Student Affairs Administration of islamic private schools affiliated to Narathiwat private education Office both in overall and on each aspect was at a "medium" level with the exception of the development of student affairs systems which were "high" 2) The results of the comparison of personnel's opinion on the administration of student affairs of Islamic private school administrators in Narathiwat province revealed that sex, level of education and school's size have no effect on personnel's opinions significantly. 3) And guidelines for the development of the school's management administration Private Islamic Seminary Affiliated to Narathiwat Provincial Private Education Office) The development of the most frequently-asked student support system is to provide effective student care.
