Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to compare the Arabic reading abilities of Grade 1 students before and after implementing PWIM learning management combined with Arabic reading promotion books, and 2) to study the retention of Arabic reading abilities among Grade 1 students after implementing PWIM learning management combined with Arabic reading promotion books. The researcher conducted the experiment using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Time Series Design. The target group consisted of 32 Grade 1/3 students studying Arabic language in the first semester of the academic year 2024 at Ibn Affan Buranawit School, Muang District, Pattani Province, under the Office of Private Education. The research instruments included: 1) PWIM learning management plans combined with Arabic reading promotion books, implemented for 4 weeks, 2 days per week, 1 hour per day, totaling 8 hours, and 2) an Arabic reading ability test with item difficulty levels ranging from 0.2-0.77, discrimination power ranging from 0.2-0.73, and reliability at 0.93. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and t-test for Dependent Samples.The research findings revealed that: 1) Grade 1 students' Arabic reading abilities after implementing PWIM learning management combined with Arabic reading promotion books were significantly higher than before implementation at the .01 significance level. 2) Grade 1 students' retention of Arabic reading abilities two weeks after the experiment showed a significant decrease at the .05 significance level.??????????????????????????????????? 1) ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 1 ???????????????????????????????
