Abstract
Abstract
The study’s objective were (1) To study and compare the student satisfaction with efficiency and effectiveness of support staff in the various services which is a quantitative research that collects data from the student in Prince of Songkla University Hatyai Campus, 393 people. Also use data analysis by independent t-test and One-Way ANOVA at 0.5 significance level. And (2) To study the problem-solving approach of support staff, utilizing the concept of sustainable development as an operational framework. which is qualitative research that collect data from the support staff and professors of Prince of Songkla University Hatyai Campus, 6 people.
The result of the research revealed that the sample was the most female, studying in the 2nd year of the science and technology group and using the service 1-5 times a year. The comparative analysis revealed that (1) the students were more satisfied with the service efficiency than the service effectiveness in case of the students’ activities and education case. And (2) the students were more satisfied with service effectiveness than service efficiency in the students’ welfare and sports & recreation. The problem-solving approach in student service, utilizing the concept of sustainable development, Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities.
Based on data mentioned above, it can be used to support the development of the service system and the service model in accordance with the needs of users and create satisfaction with the service of support staff.
