Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of factors affecting internal quality assurance outcomes in schools under the jurisdiction of the Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, (2) to assess the level of internal quality assurance outcomes in these schools, and (3) to analyze the factors influencing internal quality assurance outcomes in these schools. The sample group consisted of 356 participants, comprising 89 school administrators and 267 internal quality assurance committee members from schools under the Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2024. The research instruments included a Likert scale questionnaire assessing the level of factors affecting internal quality assurance outcomes, with a reliability coefficient of .871, and a questionnaire evaluating the level of internal quality assurance outcomes, with a reliability coefficient of .788. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of factors affecting internal quality assurance outcomes in schools was high; (2) the overall level of internal quality assurance outcomes in schools was also high; and (3) the factors significantly influencing internal quality assurance outcomes in schools included the leadership of administrators (X1) budget (X8) personnel participation (X3) organizational structure (X5) communication (X4) and resource utilization for teaching and learning (X2). These factors collectively had a statistically significant impact on internal quality assurance outcomes at the .01 level, with a coefficient of determination of .593.
