Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine 1) the level of efficiency in using the electronic Local Administrative Accounting System (e-LAAS) and 2) operational factors affecting the use of the electronic Local Administrative Accounting System (e-LAAS) in the provinces of Surat Thani, Chumphon, Phang Nga, Phuket, and Ranong. Local administrative organizations in five provinces, namely Surat Thani, Chumphon, Phang Nga, Phuket, and Ranong, with a population of 319 organizations, were utilized as the study's sample group. A questionnaire was used as a study tool. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, and analysis of multiple regression were among the statistics employed in the study. The findings revealed that the level of efficiency in implementing the electronic Local Administrative Accounting System (e-LAAS) in Surat Thani, Chumphon, and other provinces is high. When each factor was considered individually, the training aspect received the highest average score, followed by knowledge and ability. Knowledge, competence, skills, training, and experience factors had a statistically significant effect on the use of the electronic Local Administrative Accounting System (e-LAAS) in the provinces of Surat Thani, Chumphon, Phang Nga, Phuket, and Ranong at 0.05.Keywords
