Abstract
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study Members' Satisfaction
with the service of employees in IbnuAffan Islamic Cooperation Limited, Pattani Province and to improve quality of the Cooperation based onthe results of the study.
The sample was 394 members of IbnuAffan Islamic Cooperation Limited. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by frequency, mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that members' satisfaction with the service of
IbnuAffan Islamic cooperation Limited was high in overall. When the results were examined in each aspect, it was found that all aspects were in high level. All aspects was arranged from high to low means respectively.
(1) the aspect of employees' appearances and reliability were satisfied
by members in high level. They were showing honesty (Amanah), telling the truth or keeping promises of employees.
(2) Employees' reaction to members was in high level. When it was
focused in each aspect,every aspect was in high level; employees had good manners and politeness, and also provided service equally to members. They were equal to having reliability of providing service by employees.
(3) Caring of employees on as individual member was in high level in overall; smiling and providing service friendly to each member in the same way. The employees advised ways of accessing to news relating members and they took care of members very well so the members felt that they were important.
Moreover, suggestions to improve quality of the service were as following; granting understanding of service increasingly and thoroughly, providing fast loan. Moreover, members wanted the cooperation to expand and to open new branches and they wanted employees to wear uniforms with the identity.
