การพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของวัสดุเร่งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 ในการกำจัดสารกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ยาและเวชสำอางด้วยระบบบำบัดนำแบบไหลต่อเนื่อง

Abstract

This research has applied the advanced oxidation process by using the catalyst synthesized from the modification of titanium dioxide by doping with silver and placed on the surface of the mesoporous RH-MCM-41 synthesized from rice husk silica (RH). The prepared catalyst is called Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 by the batch (In-situ) synthesis method by heating with microwave and coating on the wire screen mesh. From the analysis of the properties of the synthesized Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 catalyst, it has an average surface area of 100.00 square meters per gram, a pore volume of 0.35 cubic centimeters/gram and a pore size of 14.00 nanometers. It also has the absorption of light waves in the range of the maximum light emission of LED lamps in the range of 380 - 700 nanometers and a band gap energy of 2.82 eV, resulting in the Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 catalyst. The energy consumption of photocatalytic reaction is low, resulting in faster photocatalytic reaction. When the usability of Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 was studied for the removal of methylene blue, it was found that the removal efficiency was 38%. Then, the efficiency of Amoxicillin removal was studied by comparing the appropriate type of light, Amoxicillin concentration, ozone addition and no addition, and the appropriate Amoxicillin removal time. It was found that Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 was effective in removing Amoxicillin well under ozone addition at a concentration of 10 mg/L under LED light waves for a period of 240-720 minutes with an efficiency of approximately 26-48%. Then, the removal of Amoxicillin at a concentration of 10 mg/L was studied using a continuous flow reactor or model water treatment system at a flow rate of 10 ml/min under LED light waves under ozonation conditions, non-ozonation conditions with Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41, and ozonation conditions with Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41. It was found that the ozonation was effective in removing Amoxicillin by 25-30%, while the non-ozonation conditions with Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 and the use of ozone with Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 were effective in removing Amoxicillin by 90-98%, with removal times ranging from 240 minutes to a constant at 720 minutes.

งานวิจัยนี ้ไดQนำกระบวนการออกซิเดชันขั ้นสูง (Advanced oxidation process) โดยการใชQตัวเร7งปฏิกิริยาที ่สังเคราะหNจากการปรับปรุงไทเทเนียมไดออกไซดNดQวยการเจือโลหะเงินและ นำไปวางบนพื ้นผิวของวัสดุรูพรุน เอ็มซีเอ็ม 41 ที่สังเคราะหNไดQจากซิลิกาแกลบ (RH-MCM-41) ซึ ่งวัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยาที ่เตรียมไดQเรียกว7า Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 ดQวยวิธีการสังเคราะหNแบบ Batch (In-situ) โดยใหQความรQอนโดยไมโครเวฟและเคลือบลงบนแผ7น wire screen mesh จากผลการ วิเคราะหNคุณสมบัติของวัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 ที ่สังเคราะหNไดQมีพื ้นที ่ผิวเฉลี ่ย 100.00 ตารางเมตรต7อกรัม มีปริมาตรรูพรุน 0.35 ลูกบาศกNเซนติเมตร/กรัม และมีขนาดรูพรุน 14.00 นาโนเมตร อีกทั ้งยังมีการดูดกลืนคลื ่นแสงอยู 7ในช7วงของการใหQแสงสูงสุดของหลอดไฟ LED ในช7วง คลื ่นแสง 380 – 700 นาโนเมตร และมีค7าช7องว7างระหว7างชั ้นพลังงาน (Band gap energy) เท7ากับ 2.82 อิเล็กตรอนโวลตN ส7งผลใหQวัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 ใชQพลังงานในการ เกิดปฏิกิริยาโฟโตคะตะไลติกนQอยทำใหQสามารถเกิดปฏิกิริยาโฟโตคะตะไลติกไดQเร็วขึ้น เมื ่อทำการศึกษาความใชQไดQของวัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยาAg-Ti-RH-MCM-41 ในการกำจัดสีเมทิลีนบลู พบว7า มีประสิทธิภาพในการกำจัด รQอยละ 38 จากนั ้นทำการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการกำจัดยา Amoxicillin โดยเปรียบเทียบชนิดของแสงที ่เหมาะสม ความเขQมขQนของยา Amoxicillin การเติมโอโซนและไม7เติม และระยะเวลาในการกำจัดยาที ่เหมาะสม พบว7า วัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 มีประสิทธิภาพในการกำจัดยา Amoxicillin ไดQดีในสภาวะการการเติมโอโซนที่ ความเขQมขQน 10 มิลลิกรัมต7อลิตร ภายใตQการคลื ่นแสง LED ระยะเวลาตั ้งแต7 240 – 720 นาที มีประสิทธิภาพประมาณรQอยละ 26 – 48 จากนั ้นทำการศึกษาการกำจัดยา Amoxicillin ความเขQมขQน 10 มิลลิกรัมต7อลิตร โดยใชQเครื ่องปฏิกรณNหรือแบบจำลองระบบบำบัดน้ำแบบไหล ต7อเนื ่องที ่อัตราการไหลเท7ากับ 10 มิลลิลิตรต7อนาทีภายใตQคลื ่นแสง LED ในสภาวะการเติมโอโซน และสภาวะที ่ไม7เติมโอโซนร7วมกับวัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 อีกทั ้งสภาวะการเติมโอโซน ร7วมกับวัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 พบว7า การเติมโอโซนมีประสิทธิภาพในการกำจัดยาAmoxicillin รQอยละ 25 – 30 อีกทั ้งในสภาวะที ่ไม7ไดQเติมโอโซนร่วมกับวัสดุเร่งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 และการใชQโอโซนร7วมกับวัสดุเร7งปฏิกิริยา Ag-Ti-RH-MCM-41 มีประสิทธิภาพใน การกำจัดยา Amoxicillin รQอยละ 90 – 98 โดยใชQระยะเวลาในการกำจัดตั ้งแต7 240 นาที จนคงที่ที่ระยะเวลา 720 นาที
