Minor Thesis Title Academic Leadership Affecting the Role of Teachers in Active Learning of Schools under the Jurisdiction of Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3Author Miss Jiraporn ChooprateepMajor Program Educational AdministrationAcademic Year 2023 ABSTRACTThis research aims to study the academic leadership level of school administrators in educational institutions, study the management of proactive learning among basic-level teachers, study the relationship between the academic leadership level of school administrators and the role of teachers in active learning of schools, and study the predictors for active learning among the teachers under the jurisdiction of the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample groups used in this research consist of 124 schools affiliated with the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Three representatives from each school, including one school administrator, one head of academic affairs, and one teacher, were selected to respond to the questionnaire. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
