The objectives of this research were to study the components of
collaboration in working, creating the organizational climate, and diverse management of personnel with different age ranges and to check the consistency of the component model of collaboration in working, creating the organizational climate, and diverse management of personnel with different age ranges in schools under the Local Administrative Organization, Narathiwat Province using quantitative research methods. The sample was 223 school personnel under the Local Administrative Organization in Narathiwat Province that were selected by simple random sampling. The research tool developed was a questionnaire covering the variables of collaboration in working, creating the organizational climate, and diverse management of personnel with different age ranges.
The content validity index was passed the criteria, and Alpha Coefficient was .954. The hypothesis testing statistics were relationship analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis.
The results of the research showed that
The components of collaboration in working are work goals,
communication in the work process, and problem-solving together.
The components of creating the organizational climate are working
relationship, leadership of executives, organizational culture.
The components of diversity management of personnel with different age
ranges are respect the differences in age, performance evaluation, training and development, and receiving compensation.
The confirmatory model of collaboration in working and creating the
organizational climate affecting the diversity management of personnel with different age ranges developed is consistent with empirical data.
