dc.description.abstractวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้ของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชต่อหลักการตัรฺบียะฮฺ อิสลามียะฮฺ ตลอดจนระดับการนำมาใช้ และแนวทางการนำกระบวนการตัรฺบียะฮฺ อิสลามียะฮฺมาปรับใช้ในโรงเรียนดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดจำนวน 127 คน ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Krejcie and Morgan ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม รวม 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าทางสถิติและนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชมีระดับความรู้ เกี่ยวกับหลักการตัรฺบียะฮฺ อิสลามียะฮฺส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.04 (2) ระดับการนำกระบวนการตัรฺบียะฮฺ อิสลามียะฮฺ มาปรับใช้ในโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมมีระดับการนำมาปรับใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.975 (3) แนวทางการนำกระบวนการตัรบียะฮฺ อิสลามียะฮฺมาปรับใช้ในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มี 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1)ด้านวิชาการ คือ การอบรมให้ความรู้แก่ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา 2)ด้านการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี คือครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาทุกคนแสดงตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียนในทุกๆด้านทุกที่ ทุกเวลา และโอกาส 3)ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจ คือ ให้มีการยกย่องชมเชย ให้รางวัลและกำลังใจกับผู้ที่ปฏิบัติตนในการเป็นแบบอย่างและมีจรรยามารยาทที่ดี 4)ด้านประวัติศาสตร์ คือ ด้วยการนำอัตชีวประวัติของบุคคลในอดีตมาศึกษา วิเคราะห์และถอดบทเรียน เพื่อนำมาเป็นแนวทางและแบบอย่างในการปฏิบัติ 5)ด้านการสำทับเตือนและการลงโทษ คือ การสำทับเตือนและการลงโทษเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นที่ต้องนำมาใช้ในกระบวนการตัรฺบียะฮฺ และมีการจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบ ขั้นตอน และมีความชัดเจนเพื่อให้นักเรียนมีความตระหนักและเกิดสำนึกพร้อมที่ปรับปรุงแก้ไขและพัฒนาตนให้อยู่บนหลักธรรมแห่งสัจธรรมและห่างไกลจากสิ่งที่ไม่ดี และ6)ด้านการนำมาปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน คือการมุ่งเน้นให้ครูและนักเรียนปฏิบัติตนตามหลักธรรมคำสอนแห่งอิสลามและพยายามปรับใช้วิถีชีวิตตามครรลองอิสลามให้มากที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้th_TH
dc.description.sponsorshipThis research aimed at studying the level of Islamic Private School teachers’ understanding and processing Tarbiyah Islamiyah as well as these teachers’ methods of knowledge about its application process in those schools in Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat. The researchers selected five schools as samples in the District by simple random sampling. There were 127 samples based on Krejcie and Morgan theory. The questionnaire and interview were the research instruments used to collect data, and the thorough interview of 5 school headmasters. Then the data was analyzed by statistic and presented qualitatively. The research indicated that (1) Islamic Private school teachers in Mueang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat have the average level of knowledge about Tarbiyah Islamiyah, at 48.04 (2) The level of Tarbiyah Islamiyah application in schools was very high 3.975 (3) There are six aspects of Tarbiyah Islamiyah application in schools; 1) Academic aspect: teacher and staff training and seminar with teachers in Tarbiyah Islamiyah. 2) Exemplary model aspect: all teachers are empowered to be a good role model to students in time and space. 3) Motivational aspect. Highly disciplined teachers as best models to students will be awarded and praised. 4) Historical aspect: both teachers and students study and analyze early famous people’s biography as life guideline. 5) Reward and punishment aspects: observing and following Islamic guideline as the principle and rule of punishment and reminding in order to create the consciousness of self-improvement; to encourage them to be a better person based on Islamic teachings and avoid sins. 6) Daily application aspect:, Encouraging and empowering teachers and students to live their life according to Islamic teachings to their capacity.th_TH
