2565ชุดโครงการการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากด้วยงานวิจัยเพื่อท้องถิ่นในสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของโรคระบาดโควิด 19 ในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้และ 4 อำเภอตอนล่าง ของจังหวัดสงขลาThe research program of developing local economy using community-based research during Covid-19 Pandemic in three Southern border provinces and four lower districts of Songkhla Province of Thailand aimed to manage and support all sub-projects to be carried out with efficiently and effectively in 3 dimensions; job management. people management and knowledge management. The second objective was to synthesize knowledge from all sub-project with community-based research to be the knowledge that can explain the problem characteristics of different target groups in each sub-project, conditions of occurring problems, and methods/processes to solve the problers. The last objective was to extend the knowledge to public and resulting in the policy formulation of the relevant organizations. All sub-projects were conducted in 17 areas of the 3 southern border provinces and the 4 lower districts of Songkhla province. There were 316 target groups consisting of underprivileged families, poor people, unemployed people, local fishermen, and agriculture. Data were collected by interviewing using a semi-structured questionnaire and focus group from the mentoring team about management and supporting sub-projects under the 5M concept, consisting of 1) Manpower 2) Money 3) Materials and Equipment 4) Methods or processes and 5) Management. Frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for quantitative analysis. Content analysis and descriptive analysis were used for qualitative analysis. The activities conducting were coordinated with the organizations both inside and outside the area to provide the knowledge on various issues that the target group were interested in. There were 11 organizations such as Pattani coastal aquaculture research and development center, Pattani rice seed center, department of agricultural technology and fishery, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani campus, and Sukirin district agricultural office, etc. The result of data synthesis from 7 sub-projects showed the changing of the target groups in various aspects. Firstly, changing in income, it was found that there were 3 projects showing the target group had clearly increased their incomne and there were two projects that had showri a slight increase their income, such as the project of a study of management and the utilization of fishery resources to strengthen the foundation economy: case study on shell culture around concrete pillars to slow down waves in Tunyongpao Village, Takamcham Subdistrict, Nongchick District, Pattani Province showed that the target group had the income in average per person per month before and after the project conducting was 2,804 Baht and 3,215 Baht, respectively. Secondly, the utilization of resources in the community, it was found that 3 projects clearly demonstrated the utilization of resources in the community, 2 projects clearly demonstrated the management of resources in the community, and 1 project demonstrated the indirect utilization of resources in the community, such as the project of expanding area to plant vegetables together on the community public space of Baan la Chu Ra Community, Mamong, Sukirin, Narathiwat, Thailand used 20 Rai of public space sharing with the people in community to plant vegetables and the community established one land-sharing agreement. Thirdly, gaining of knowledge and potential, it was found that the community showed the gaining of potential of working within a group, the community had gain the knowledge to create the production costs, and the communities becamne to be more potential of self-reliant, etc. Lastly, empowerment, it was found that the target group had more experience in finding the market, sharing the yields, more opportunities to access community enterprises or community savings cooperatives, etc. Furthermore, all sub-research projects had returned the research founding and the research knowledge to public. The government office of some areas would use the process from the current research project to be included in their work plan to expand the idea/concepts to neighboring areas in the next chance, such as the Kosit subdistrict administrative organization, Tak Bai, Narathiwat is going to bring the processes and concepts of career support from the research project to apply to other communities in the area.; มายือนิง อิสอ; Faculty of Sciecnce and Technology (Mathematics and Computer Science); คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ภาควิชาคณิตศาสตร์และวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์
