| Abstract(Thai): | วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการรักษา และภาวะจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคเฮิร์ชปรุงที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบ Gastro-intestinal-Automatic anastomosis assisted duhamel pull-through (GDP) และ Saave-Boley Pull-through (SBP) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคเฮิร์ชปรุง จำนวน 60 ราย ที่คัดเลือกแบบสุ่มจากผู้ป่วย 85 รายที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดรักษา โดยวิธี GDP และ SBP โดยศัลยศาสตร์ท่านเดียวโดยไม่รวมผู้ป่วย Total Colonic Aganglionosis และผู้ป่วยที่มีความพิการร่วมของระบบทางเดินอาหารอื่น ๆ ในระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2531 ถึง พ.ศ. 2542 |
