| Abstract: | การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้ตามของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอน ศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดกระบี่ 2) เปรียบเทียบ ระดับภาวะผู้ตามของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริม การศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดกระบี่ จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน 3) รวบรวมแนวทางการส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะผู้ตามที่มีประสิทธิผลโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนสาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดกระบี่จำนวน 235 คน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน เอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจำนวน 3 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย เลขคณิต คำเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีและเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริม การศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดกระบี่มีระดับภาวะผู้ตามแบบมีประสิทธิผล แบบปรับตาม และแบบเอาตัวรอด อยู่ในระดับสูง และมีภาวะผู้ตามแบบห่างเหินและเฉื่อยชาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดกระบี่ที่มีเพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกัน มีระดับภาวะผู้ตามทั้ง 5 แบบได้แก่ภาวะผู้ตามแบบห่างเหิน แบบปรับตาม แบบเอาตัวรอด แบบเฉื่อยชาและแบบมีประสิทธิผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) แนวทางการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้ตามของครูที่มีประสิทธิผล คือผู้บริหารควรใช้ การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีการปรึกษาหารือร่วมกัน สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ตีต่อกัน ส่งเสริมให้มีการจัด อบรมครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง มอบหมายงานให้ตรงกับความถนัด และควรสร้างแรงจูงใจโดยการชมเชยและให้ รางวัลเป็นต้น |
| Abstract(Thai): | This survey was aimed at (1) investigating the level of followership styles of teachers in Islamic Private Schools under The Office of Private Education Commission in Krabi Province, (2) comparing their followership levels based on gender, age, working experience and school size, and (3) providing the guidelines for supporting followership styles. The sample included 235 participants which are teachers of Islamic Private Schools under The Office of Private Education Commission in Krabi Province and 3 school managers. Data were collected through unstructured interviews and questionnaires. Percentage, means, standard deviations t-test and F-test were applied in data analysis. The research founded that 1) The highest level of followership styles of teachers in Islamic Private Schools under the Office of Private Education Commission in Krabi Province is an exemplary followership styles followed by conformist and pragmatist follower. In terms of the middle averages are alienate follower and passive follower. 2) Through the perceptions of the level of followership style of teachers with different gender, age, working experiences and school size were differently in specific aspect. 3) To make teachers become effective follower school leaders should comply with the principles of participating management, mutual consultation, good relationship, continuation of training, putting the right man on the right job and motivation. |
