การปฏิบัติคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ในจังหวัดปัตตานี

Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่องการปฏิบัติคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี 3)เพื่อประมวลแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 127 คน ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จำนวน 357 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 484 คน ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า F(F-test) และ T (T-test) ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การปฏิบัติคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียนต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 3) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี ในด้านความขยัน พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนควรสร้างให้นักเรียนมีความรักความตั้งใจมุ่งมั่นศึกษาเล่าเรียนไม่ท้อแท้แม้บางครั้งบทเรียนนั้นจะยาก หรือมีอุปสรรคต่างๆบางอย่างบ้างก็มานะทำจนสำเร็จ ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนควรเน้นกิจกรรมด้านความซื่อสัตย์ เพื่อกระตุ้นให้นักเรียนมีความซื่อสัตย์และควรสอนนักเรียนให้รักความซื่อสัตย์ ด้วยการเล่าเรื่องบุคคลตัวอย่างในประวัติศาสตร์อิสลามด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ด้านความประหยัด พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้นักเรียนทำบัญชี รายรับรายจ่ายและทำกระปุกออมสินส่วนตัว โดยการหยอดเงินที่เหลือจากทุกวันเข้ากระปุกและควรฝึกให้นักเรียนใช้สิ่งของที่มีความจำเป็น ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ทำให้รู้จักยับยั้งใจและรู้จักวางแผนในการใช้เงิน สิ่งของเรื่องใช้ ด้านความมีวินัย พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนควรชี้แนะและควบคุมนักเรียน เรื่องวินัยเสมอ เช่น แต่งกายให้เรียบร้อย เข้าเรียนตรงต่อเวลา เข้าแถวทันเคารพธงชาติ นักเรียนต้องได้รับการฝึกวินัยและความอดทน The research on Practice of Morals and Ethics among Students of Islamic Private Schools in Pattani province aimed at 1) studying the level of the practice of morals and ethics among students of Islamic private schools in Pattani province, 2) comparing the level of the practice of morals and ethics among the students and 3) compiling guidelines for ethical development of Islamic private schools’ students. The study employed the survey research method and the research data was collected from 127 school administrators and 375 teachers, total samples were 484. Interview was also conducted to collect qualitative data. The descriptive statistics , namely, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test were used to analyze the collected data. The results of the research were as follows; 1) The overall and each dimensional level of the practice of morals and ethics among students of Islamic private schools in Pattani province were high, 2) the comparison of overall level and each dimensional level of the practice of morals and ethics among the students based on gender, age, educational level, work experience and school size were found to be statistical different and 3) the compilation of guidelines for moral and ethical development of Islamic private schools’ students were as follows; on diligence, it was suggested that school administrators and teachers should help students to develop a passion for learning, and not to be discouraged in facing difficult lessons or encountered obstacles. On honesty, it was suggested that school administrators and teachers should organize activities that are related to honesty in order to help encourage students to be honest and to teach them to love honesty by way of narrating exemplary persons from Islamic history and making story telling on matter related to honesty. On frugality, the results suggested that school administrators and teachers should encourage and support students to create income and expense accounts and they should have personal piggy bank to be used for their daily saving. Students should be trained to use things which were necessary and get optimal benefit of their use. They should learn how to spend money wisely and make a plan on their expenditures and their use of appliances. On discipline, school administrators and teachers should always guide and control students in matter related to discipline. For example, dressing up properly, class attendance and punctuality, attending flag raising ceremony. Students should be trained and be disciplined within these daily routines and responsibilities.
