คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญ สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานจำแนกตามตัวแปรปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3)เพื่อประมวลข้อคิดเห็นเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญสังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญสังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานีจำนวน322คนโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าทีและค่าเอฟเก็บข้อมูลโดยการส่งแบบสอบถามและติดตามเก็บแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเองได้แบบสอบถามที่มีความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ทั้งหมดจำนวน322 ฉบับ ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้การศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน พบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x ̅= 3.27)เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ ดังนี้1. ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน (x ̅=3.53)2. ด้านการพัฒนาความสามารถ (x ̅= 3.50) 3. ด้านความก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงาน (x ̅= 3.33)4. ด้านความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตการทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว (x ̅= 3.25)5. ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน (x ̅= 3.16)และ 6.ด้านค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ (x ̅= 2.84) การเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานจำแนกตามตัวแปรปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ทั้ง10 ปัจจัย พบว่าเพศ สถานภาพครอบครัวและวิชาเอกมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ส่วนตำแหน่งมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01และเงินเดือนปัจจุบันมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.001 ทั้งนี้ อายุการศึกษาสูงสุดระยะเวลาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ณโรงเรียนปัจจุบันระยะเวลารวมปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูและตำแหน่งระดับบริหารไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน The purposes of the research were 1) to study the level of working life quality 2) to compare the level of working life quality classified by the variable of individual factors and 3) to compile points of view used to be the guidance for promoting working life quality of teachers in Islamic Private School where Islamic and general courses are taught under the Office of the Private Education in Pattani Province. The samples used were 322 teachers in Islamic Private School under the Office of Private Education by using multiple-stage samples method. The tools used in research were general information questionnaire of respondents and working life quality questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F–test by disturbing and collecting the questionnaire. The research results were concluded as follows The level of working life quality found that overall working life quality was in average (x ̅= 3.27) when consider each aspect sorted from the lowest to the highest. It was found that 1) The relationship with colleagues (x ̅= 3.53) 2) The development of human capacities (x ̅= 3.50) 3) The job growth and security (x ̅= 3.33) 4) The total life space (x ̅= 3.25) 5) The working environment (x ̅= 3.16) 6) and Theadequate and fair compensation (x ̅= 2.84). The comparison the level of working life quality classified by variable of 10 individual factors. It was found that gender, family status and major subject was statistically significant differences at .05, Position was statistically significant differences at .01 and current salary was statistically significant differences at .001 As age, highest education, service in current school, length of performance on duty and administrative position were not statistically significant differences.
