| Abstract: | การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชน สอนศาสนาอิสลามที่ผ่านการประเมินจากสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา รอบที่ 3 ประจำปีพ.ศ. 2554-2558 สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามที่ผ่านการประเมิน จากสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษารอบที่ 3 ประจำปีพ.ศ. 2554-2558 สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานีโดยจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาประสบการณ์การ ปฏิบัติงานและตำแหน่ง3) เพื่อรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของ โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามสังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัย เชิงสำรวจ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียน เอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 259 คน และการ สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จำนวน 5 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าทีและเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การปฏิบัติงานการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ที่ผ่านการประเมินภายนอก จากสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา รอบที่ 3 ประจำปี พ.ศ.2554-2558 สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดปัตตานี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา อิสลาม ที่ผ่านการประเมินภายนอก จากสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา รอบที่ 3 ประจำปี พ.ศ.2554-2558 สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตาม ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน และตำแหน่ง โดยภาพรวมพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามที่ผ่านการประเมินภายนอก จากสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา รอบที่ 3 ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2554-2558 สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดปัตตานี คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา อิสลามควรมีการประซาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตรของโรงเรียนให้ผู้ปกครองทราบอย่างทั่วถึงและต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ผู้ปกครองทราบถึงการพัฒนาปรับปรุงหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษาและส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม ในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของโรงเรียนให้มากขึ้น อันนำไปสู่การเป็นเครือข่ายในการพัฒนางานวิชาการ |
| Abstract(Thai): | This research aims to 1) Study the level of the management of academic affairs of Islamic private schools the 3 academic evaluation of which is endorsed by the Office of National Quality Standards and Quality Assessment between the year of 2011 - 2015, the Office of Private Education of Pattani. 2) Compare the level of the management of academic affairs of Islamic private schools the 3"d academic evaluation of which is endorsed by the Office of National Quality Standards and Quality Assessment between the year of 2011 - 2015, the Office of Private Education of Pattani according to these variables, namely, educational level, working experiences and positions and 3) Gather guidelines for developing management of academic affairs of Islamic private schools the 3o academic evaluation of which is endorsed by the Office of National Quality Standards and Quality Assessment between the year of 2011 - 2015, the Office of Private Education of Pattani. Data of this research gained from 259 teachers and 5 school administrators from Islamic private schools under of the Pattani Office of Private School. Province. Statistics used were percentage, means, standard deviations t-test and F-test. The research was founded that 1) The overall level of the management of academic affairs of Islamic private school the 3 Academic Evaluation of which is endorsed by the Office of National Quality Standards and Quality Assessment between the year of 2011 - 2015, the Office of Private Education of Pattani is at the highest level. 2) There is no significant different in perception on the management of academic affairs of Islamic private school based on educational level, working experiences and positions. 3) Recommendations for Islamic private school administration were found that private Islamic schools had to continuously publicize the school curriculum to parents in order to know about the improvement of the school curriculum and encourage communities to participate in various school activities in order to make them as a network for school academic development. |
