| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิซาการโรงเรียนเอกชน สอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงาน วิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามตามความเห็นของครูที่มี ระตับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ การทำงาน และปฏิบัติงานอยู่โรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน และ 3) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะแนว ทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงาน การศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอน ศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 360 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่า เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าการทดสอบที (t-test) และค่าการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานวิซาการโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นราย ด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนมีระดับความคิดเห็นมาก ที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวางแผ่นงานด้านวิซาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการ จัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาและ ส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิซาการกับสถานศึกษาและ องค์กรอื่น ด้านการคัดเลือกหนังสือแบบเรียนเพื่อใช้ในสถานศึกษา ด้านการจัดทำระเบียบและแนว ปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิซาการของสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหรือการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงาน สถานศึกษา ประกอบการและสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศ การศึกษา ด้านการแนะแนว ด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการศึกษา ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อ การศึกษา และด้านการส่งเสริมชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ มีระดับความคิดเห็นน้อยที่สุด ตามลำดับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิซาการโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ตาม ความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิซาการโรงเรียนเอกชนสอน ศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงาน และ ขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยทางสถิติที่ระดับความสำคัญ .05 3) ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา อิสลาม ตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ดังนี้ โรงเรียนควรทำการสำรวจความต้องการของชุมชนก่อนการพัฒนาหลักสูตร เพื่อให้เกิดความ ร่วมมือกันในการกำหนดหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชน ท้องถิ่น และตามความ ถนัดของผู้เรียน จัดให้มีศึกษานิเทศสังกัดโรงเรียนเอกชนโดยเฉพาะเพื่อมากำกับดูแล ติดตามการ ดำเนินงานตามแผนงานด้านวิชาการ ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรเพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหาของหลักสูตร และนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาให้หมาะสมมากยิ่งขึ้นในทุกๆปี จัดเวลา หรือมอบหมายหน้าที่ให้ ชัดเจนในการกำกับ ดูแล ติดตาม และประเมินการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู การเทียบโอนผลการ เรียน ความรู้ ทักษะ ประสบการณ์ ควรศึกษาเกณฑ์ตามที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกำหนด โรงเรียนควร ส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารและครูศึกษาผลงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาการศึกษา ส่งเสริมให้มีการจัด บรรยากาศให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียน จัดให้ครูหนึ่งคนสอนเพียงแค่หนึ่งวิชาเท่านั้น โดยให้ครบจำนวนชั่วโมงตามที่โรงเรียนกำหนด เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาในการนิเทศติดตาม และผู้บริหาร ควรจูงใจให้ครูผู้สอนอยู่กับโรงเรียนนานๆ เพื่อลดอัตราการย้ายเข้าย้ายออกของครูโรงเรียนเอกชน และไม่กระทบกับการเรียนของนักเรียน พร้อมทั้งจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในเรื่องการ แนะแนวโดยเฉพาะเข้ามาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ เมื่อผู้บริหารมอบหมายงานให้บุคลากรไปแล้วควรมีการ ติดตาม และประเมินผลในการประกันคุณภาพภายในอย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง โรงเรียนเอกชนควร เปิดรับความแตกต่างของแต่ละโรง และประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาอื่น ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ วางแผนการบริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนไปพร้อมๆ กับการพัฒนาวิซาการภายใน โรงเรียน เพราะโรงเรียนต้องอาศัยชุมชนในการพัฒนาด้านวิชาการให้กับผู้เรียน การพัฒนาภายในและ ภายนอกจึงเป็นหน้าที่ของโรงเรียน ควรจัดทำระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการให้ ชัดเจน ในการคัดเลือกแบบเรียนควรสำรวจความต้องการของนักเรียนว่าต้องการหนังสือเรียนแบบใด ที่ช่วยพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาสื่อ และ เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ให้ทันสมัยกับยุคปัจจุบัน |
| Abstract(Thai): | The purposes of this research were to (1) study the level of The State of academic administration in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province as perceived by teacher. 2) to compare The State of academic administration in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province as perceived by teacher based on their education. 3) to propose the feedback development guidelines for the State of academic administration in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province. The population is a private school teachers teach in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province. 360 teachers from 65 schools were used in this study. The research data was collected through questionnaire and interview. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic, T-test and F- test. The findings of this study were as follows: 1) The State of academic administration in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province for the overall level was high. Considering each dimension, it was found that the assessment and transferring of study results were the highest level. It is then followed by the academic work plan, personal management of teaching and learning, the development of schools curriculums, the development and Promoting of learning source, the cooperation of the academic schools and other organizations, the selection of textbooks to be used in the Schools, the making of the rules and guidelines about the academic work of the School, the development or the operation local curriculum involved in the education management in promoting and supporting the academic works, family, organization, schools and other institutions. The development of the internal quality assurance and education standards of the research for developing supervision, the quality of education in the Schools development and the use of media technology in education and promoting community, academic strength was the lowest level, respectively. 2. The results of the comparison state of academic administration of the Islamic Private School in Pattani province classified based on gender revealed that the overall level was not different and the results of the comparison Of state of academic administration in Islamic Private School were statistically significant different at 0.05 based on the work experience and the size of the school 3 ) Recommendations and guidelines for the development of academic administration of Islamic private schools According to the opinions of teachers Under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province are as follows : In order to create cooperation in courses formulation in accordance with the needs of local communities and according to the students' aptitudes, schools should explore the needs of the community before developing the curriculum. Also, School should provide a educational supervision or adviser whose jurisdiction is under private schools, specifically to supervise and follow up on the implementation of the academic plan, to conduct the course analysis to know the problems of the curriculum and lead to more appropriate revision and improvements of the curriculum on yearly basis. Besides, This also can be done by a arranging time or assigning duties clearly to particular person in charge to supervise, monitor and evaluate the teaching and learning of teachers as well as the transfer of learning results, knowledge, skills, and experience should be done in line with the criteria as determined by the Ministry of Education. In addition, schools should encourage administrators and teachers to study research results related to educational development, including promote the setting of the atmosphere to be a learning source both inside and outside the school, also along with allocating one teacher to teach only one subject which will allow them to complete the number of hours as determined by the school in which will subsequently prevent problems in supervising stage. Administrators should motivate teachers to continuously stay working with the school longer to reduce the rate of private school teachers moving in and out from the school so that this factor will not affect student learning as well as to provide a specific personnel with knowledge and competency in giving student guidance and consultations. Once the management has assigned the work to the personnel, there should be proper follow-up and evaluation of the results of internal quality assurance strictly and continuously. Private schools should be open to the differences of one another. Coordinating cooperation in academic development with other educational institutions both in Thailand and abroad also are highly recommended. Apart from that, planning on academic services for the community also should be carried out simultaneously as academic development within the school. This is because the school relies on communities for academic development for learners. Thus, both Internal and external development is the duty of the school. Furthermore, School should clearly establish rules and guidelines for academic work. In selection process of course materials, students' needs should be explored to identify which type of textbook is needed to help develop knowledge and ability to learn effectively, inclusive of continuously developing and modernizing media and education technology. |
