แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของคณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของคณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง 2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม ของคณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของตัวแปร มีข้อคำถามจำนวน 70 ข้อ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยภาคใต้ตอนล่าง 6 สถาบัน จำนวน 1,000 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน สรุปผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของ คณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ โดยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญดังนี้ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านการดูแล 2) องค์ประกอบด้านความเป็นพลเมืองดี 3) องค์ประกอบด้านสัมพันธภาพ 4) องค์ประกอบด้านความเป็นมืออาชีพ และ 5) องค์ประกอบด้านความมีเหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรม 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของคณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ไปสู่การปฏิบัติมี 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ 1) การเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในรูปแบบภาคีเครือข่ายการพัฒนาจริยธรรม 2) การปรับปรุงหลักสูตรด้านจริยธรรมโดยการบูรณาการเนื้อหาด้านจริยธรรมในหลักสูตรให้มีความต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ระดับประถมศึกษาจนถึงระดับอุดมศึกษาโดยเน้นจริยธรรมด้านการเรียนการสอน จริยธรรมในการวิจัย ตลอดจนจริยธรรมในการจัดโครงการเพื่อ พัฒนาคณาจารย์ 3) การรณรงค์ให้ทุกคนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนของการพัฒนาจริยธรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ The objectives of this research were to (1) develop the indicators of ethical leadership of university lecturers in the lower southern and (2) to suggest the guidelines as a policy for developing ethical leadership of university lecturers in the lower southern into practice. A set of 70 questions. The Sample was 1,000 lecturers from six universities in the lower southern Thailand. Both the Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were employed to analyze the obtained data through Descriptive and Inferential Statistics (by Statistical Software Package). The research findings were as follow : 1. There were 5 factors. Orderly arranged from the greater to lesser ones, the Ethics of Care, the Ethics of Good Citizenship, the Ethics of Relationship, the Ethics of the Profession and the Ethics of Critique. 2. The Development Guidelines of Ethical Leadership of University Lecturers in the Lower Southern. The research findings were as follow : 1) Strengthening participation in a partnership networks ethical development, 2) improving the curriculum ethical by integrating ethics into the curriculum to have continuity from primary to higher education, with an emphasis on ethics education. By means of Ethics in Teaching, Ethics in Research , and the ethics of the project of lecturers development 3) to campaign for anyone to participate in all stages of ethical development in a systematic manner.
