Abstract

This research is a participatory action research. The objectives to study the protential, Creative Tourism Development to learn the Melayu Culture in the Special Economic Zone of Songkhla. The research method is qualitative research. The data analyses were based on of descriptive and qualitative data. The result of this study, the bodies of knowledge relating to Thai-Muslim-Chinese in an urban community of the special economic zone of Songkhla. To establish guidelines for community development in managing creative tourism based on local cultural wisdom. The culture with study consisted of tradition on newborn, wedding, religious important day and local traditional food. The creative tourism development selected Sam Nak Taew Community to learn the Melayu culture. The concept of creative tourism provide tourism get to experience. As the experience of creative about food, Melayu culture, the social values, socio-cultural and environment. The activies as a way of life, an activity that the community can proceed by himself and the tourist have interest. The results of protential assessment were presented to local people in the community throuth brain storming activities to specify guideline to creative tourism development for learning and touching Melayu culture.
