การประเมินความต้องการจาเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน มัธยมศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดยะลา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดยะลา 2) วิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดยะลา 3) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดยะลา ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 394 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบตอบสนองคู่ และแนวคำถามในการจัดกระบวนการกลุ่ม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยเทคนิคการจัดกลุ่มสนทนา (focus group technigue) และเทคนิคกลุ่มสมมตินัย (nominal group technique) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นโดยใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) เทคนิคแผนภูมิก้างปลา (Fishboning Technique) และเทคนิควิธีการกำหนดน้ำหนักคะแนนรายคู่ (Paired-Weighting Procedure : PWP) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) นักเรียนมีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ในด้านใฝ่เรียนรู้มากที่สุดเป็นอันดับ 1 ซึ่งมีค่า PNImodified = 0.303 2) สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะ อันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนได้แก่ ครอบครัว ตัวนักเรียนเอง สิ่งแวดล้อม ครู โรงเรียน และเทคโนโลยี ตามลำดับ 3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะด้านความใฝ่เรียนรู้ที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ ผู้ปกครองต้องมีส่วนร่วมให้ความร่วมมือกับนักเรียน ครู และโรงเรียน อย่างเต็มที่ในการพัฒนา This research aimed to (1) determine needs of desirable characteristics development of students in private Islamic schools in Yala Province; (2) to analyze causes leading to the needs of desirable characteristics development of students in private Islamic school in Yala Province, and (3) to identify the guideline for developing desirable characteristics of students in private Islamic schoosl in Yala Province. The samples were 394 secondary students studying in Islamic schools in Yala Province in 2017 academic year, and they were selected through Multi- Random Sampling approach. The research tools were a pair responded questionnaire and questions in grouping manipulation. The data were collected qualitatively with focus group techniques and normal group techniques. The data were analyzed with the basis statistics, and the qualitative data were analyzed by the Content Analysis, Modified Priority Index (PNImodified), Fishboning Technique, and Paired-Weighting Procedure (PWP). The results revealed that 1. the students were in a necessity to develop desirable characteristics of learning curiosity at the first rank which was at 0.303 of PNImodified value. 2. The causes leading to the necessity in developing such desirable characteristics were their family, student oneself, environments, teachers, schools, and technology respectively. 3. The guideline to develop the students’learning curiosity was that their parents needed to work collaboratively with the students, teachers, and schools.
